For a family who appreciates a place where they can completely relax, with easy access to everything they need and a breathtaking sunset....
The host makes you feel right at home. The view, the sunsets, the convenience of being able to walk to the beach without being on the beach all the time, the fully equipped flat, the working air conditioning, the cats outside the door...

Romantic getaway with great views and a good location!
Communication with the host was smooth and quick. The interior of the house looked quite new and was large enough for two people, with two bathrooms and two toilets. Outside, there was a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and the beach, including a daily sunset spectacle right before our eyes. Parking spaces are located next to the house. The location was perfect, 25 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from the city centre. The house was very quiet, no noise from outside, so you could sleep well. The host provided many additional amenities such as drinks, food and beach items. From the house, it is a 15-minute walk to the quiet and beautiful beach of Kontogialos or 5 minutes by car. If we were to return to Corfu, we would definitely stay here again!

The owner takes care of her guests, the kitchen is stocked with local drinks, fresh fruit and bread... The terrace is ideal for sunsets.

Great location due to its tranquillity and good connections to both the north and south, about 25 minutes to the capital.
We spent a very nice week there. There are good restaurants nearby. We were there with children and they are very happy. We will recommend it to others!!

I have probably never met a friendlier hostess; she always answered all our questions and even brought us gifts such as local wine and sweets. The location of the apartments by the sea and the view from the windows are perfect, and the apartments had everything you need for everyday life, down to the smallest detail. We highly recommend coming here to relax, whether with family or friends, you won't regret it. We ourselves plan to come back, and only to these apartments. We are very grateful for the stay!

Absolutely fantastic view and location! The beach, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. Comfortable and beautiful accommodation with air conditioning in all rooms. Free parking near the house. If you are brave, you can park (free of charge) right next to the house on the property, but you have to drive up a very steep driveway, which is daunting for those who are not used to the steep slopes of Corfu. We decided to park below the house, which worked perfectly.
A very nice and helpful host who really made an effort to make us feel comfortable. One evening we locked ourselves out, but despite the late hour, we got help quickly and without any problems.
We'd love to come back!

We recommend everyone to stay at La casa di Kosta. Super fresh and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The balcony has the most beautiful view; the pictures don't even do it justice. Kontagialos beach is only a five-minute walk down the hill and was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful, with a good supply of food and drinks. We took a day trip to Corfu and Sinarades, which were only a short drive away. We highly recommend a stay here to everyone. Thank you, Nikoleta, for making our holiday so wonderful! <3

Incredibly beautiful view, large cosy terrace. The wonderful beach is only a 5-minute walk away. We holidayed here with our family and our small child. We had no problems whatsoever. The house is new and beautifully designed. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is immaculately clean. Our holiday was aesthetically pleasing and cosy. We are wholeheartedly grateful to Ms Nicoletti for her care and her desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We have gained very positive impressions and would like to visit this place again.

The flat is huge and very well equipped. We felt right at home. The view was extraordinary. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets! And the location is perfect. Just a few metres' walk from a very nice beach and close to several Corfu attractions.
Nicoletta is a great host who took great care of us. I recommend her 100% and hope to come back one day.

Spacious, very modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation for four people. Lots of windows and a large balcony with a beautiful view, ideal for breakfast. Lots of lovely touches from Nikoleta, who was always available and helpful. Great base for exploring the island, with some restaurants nearby offering good seafood.

A little paradise on Corfu – 5 stars with heart!
Our time in Nicoletta's flat was wonderful. The warm welcome made us feel right at home – like we were staying with friends. The flat is spacious, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail. The balcony overlooks the sea and Pelekas Bay – simply magical, accompanied by the gentle sound of the sea. Excellent Wi-Fi. There were a few treats in the fridge when we arrived – a lovely start. Nicoletta is a wonderful host: warm-hearted, helpful, always available – and even when we had a health problem, she and her dad were there to offer advice and support. The location is quiet and perfect for hiking, e.g. on the Corfu Mountain Trail. The surrounding area also offers a wonderful selection of tavernas, bars and small Greek restaurants with delicious cuisine. The flat is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos – a place full of charm, tranquillity and genuine Greek hospitality. Thank you, dear Nicoletta!
